This data is collected to ensure we can provide you with the information that you may need to attend our events. This data will be held for the duration of your membership of the Lodge or Chapter, or in the case of visitors until the event you are attending has passed.

Data will be stored in a range of different places, including the student information management systems, on paper in stored secure places, or on electronic documents within a secure network.

Your information will be visible to the secretary of the lodge and the member currently assigned website duties.
